Already posted, but it's nice to see after all the negative comments posted on that video, they disabled them. Pete Carroll knew what was coming. He is lying through his teeth when he says otherwise.

I thought the same thing.. It almost looked like to me that he was reading from a script and/or cue cards..

Sounds like he is absolutely certain there is\will be an appeal! If there is one look for a reduction of sanctions.
