Start Peterman and lets get Pig and Croom going. We need to get some talented backs recruited. I can see Pig playing the role of a Percy Harvin. I havent heard much about Peterman but from what I have heard is that he is somewhat mobile? Im ready for a somewhat new offense and an aggressive ball hawking defense.

Honestly, I just haven't seen a single thing from Pig that could lead me to understand why people see him in some bigger role.

I agree Peterman is the future. If Hunter, CP, and Bray want to go that is fine. A lot of fans keep saying it is not Bray's fault we were 5-7. I beg to differ, you can go back to several key games and point to the careless way Bray handled things. I want a QB that can move like Peterman, like some of the other SEC QB's. I do wish CP would stay. There is no way Hunter comes back. Who knows all three may do great in the pros, but there is too much baggage, they did not give us wins and yes a lot of it does fall on the defense, but you are judged on wins. That is why Bray is not even listed above #5 best QB in the SEC. If Bray stays I am sure he will do well enough, but I kind of tired of the let down of the Bray era. Does not mean I will not support him in the future.

I understand that Peterman's first scholarship offer was from a coach named.............Butch Jones... because Jones thought that he would fit his system

We saw Pig the most in the Wildcat. Where every team knows that 99% of the time its run so its not hard to stop that, unless you are CP that is.

Pig caught the ball well for an undersized true freshman that was out early due to injury. He has a burst. And he should benefit from a new O where the entire D doesn't know what he is going to do when coming in motion.

good post Sparty

It seems to me that some people either don't know what they are watching, or their expectations are out of whack. We had a record setting offense and he was really about the only freshman to play in it, and he had a foot issue. Kid is a stud for getting out there at that level and making plays.

Can't wait to see Peterman play,I'm hoping he wins the starting job next year. Need somebody who can run and move the chains when necessary. Opposed to just throwing the ball at the ground...man,I hated when Bray did that.

I think he may start next year. I've been crying about not having a qb that can pick up yards with his feet for years and years. It's finally coming. I think that's what has me a little excited. I'm picturing the type of qb and somewhat similar offense we had in Heath Shuler as far as using all weapons and those were some fun years.

I hope Pig gets put in the situations that everyone says he will shine in! Need a guy named pig to be a star!

Now we just need the RB named Corn and the O is gonna be cooking!
