Peyton hurting for money?

He's just like any other celeb. You won't find anyone else doing something like that for cheap.

Somebody call me when they see Tom Brady or Brett Favre hitting the Sweet 16 circuit to pick up some cash. This is just too good.

Not going to happen....not that you are concerned with matters such as this, but your credibility on this particular issue should be recognized at this point.

This is Hatvol's Rosetta Stone. Detractors beware!

When I posted this, Hat was the first member of VN I thought of. I knew he would love it.

No fair, all I get when I attend sweet 16 parties is a restraining order.

Tony Kornheiser compared Manning to Mickey Rooney. That's good stuff. LeBatard killed him as well.

I'll usually defend PM but not in this case. I just can't understand why he would do this. Even if he is giving the money to charity, I can't deal with participating in such a gross display of wealth ($200K for a 16th birthday party). And I'm a capitalist!

It's his prerogative . . . It's also my prerogative to think it's weak.

What a stupid name for the topic. Would someone hurting for money pledge 1,000,000 for his college?

Then again, I'm shocked Manning would do this. If you do something like this, do it for free.

It was sarcasm. Sorry if I offended your feelings for the man.
