Phillips and Turner...

Anyone know when Phillips and Turner are going to make their decision, or how Phillip's visit to Knoxville went?

I went to work out at the Rec center on campus today and the rock that everyone paints had "Kenny Philips ..all VOL" painted on it. Don't know why that is there but it was interesting. Like someone knows something we don't.

The rock was painted because Phillips is visiting the campus today and tomorrow. It was painted about midnight last night. Phillips will not announce till signing day. Turner could announce anytime between this Thursday and Signing day.
