The play he blocked two shots in a row, he fouled the **** out of both guys and didn't get it called.

but the record book went well for it, so that's all that matters.

Sorry, got to say it... Not exactly a "monster" block. Nice, nothing too special IMO. I do like how Stokes is getting those boards though. Man, he was impressive getting all those blocks!!

On one of those blocks, he also leveled the guy trying to make the shot. Just ran into stokes and fell over. That's why it was so huge, it was a full body block.

Nothing too special? Keeps the other team from scoring, change of possession, gets in the head of anybody taking it inside the paint. Maybe he will try harder next time.

I don't buy all these rumors floating around that Stokes is only 18 and still supposed to be in high school.

Stokes is a man.

I'm not saying that the blocks didn't mean anything, I'm just saying that they weren't exactly jaw-dropping. I would expect any SEC post to make the blocks that Stokes made yesterday.
