Pick the LSU Score

I hate to pick against you but I have to after two disappointing efforts so far and the game to be played at BR.

LSU: 23
UT: 13

Rushing yards: 175

This game is a true test of your team's character. Get up off the mat and get back in the hunt for BCS or even SEC East, or start the pity party.

LSU 17 Vols 10.

Vols Rushing 143 yards.

Our defense will keep it from getting ugly but our offense has no strategic leader right now. For all the talk about leadership in the preseason by the coaches, they need to look to themselves for some on the question of the offense.

Pick a starter at QB and leave it at that. If we lose, that's no worse than we've been doing, so lose with some dignity.

Run the ball. Oh, and run it again. Guess what? If they don't completely shut the run down, run it again.

If we had run the ball against that defense Saturday we win the game.

Our QBs are like deer in the headlights so give it to the one effective weapon we have, Gerald Riggs and our offensive line.

If they stop the Vols on the ground, then they deserve to win. No one deserves to beat us by our coaches stopping our run game. Say what you will, but that's what happened Saturday. Florida didn't have to stop our run, in fact, they couldn't. Our coaches did it for them.

Tennessee: 23

LSU: 20

Good defense sets up scoring opportunities and UT finds a way to win at the end.

UT=31
LSU=17

I think we bounce back and start playing UT football again. I think when CPF looked at the UF film he cried. We will run a lot more and our D will light up LSU.
(forgot my tie breaker) UT rushing 162
Yes, I am a Homer! But i have faith in this team and think they will not lay down. CPF hates losing. Remember last year after the AU debacle?

UT-20
LSU-14

175 yds (assuming we dont quit running the ball in the 2nd half again)

I'm now thinking our secondary could be pretty dang good holding leak under 200 yds passing (i think) and they couldnt really run it on us either. our defense puts us in position to score this week and we punch it in. i cant see these boys not being fired up for this one, surely the bitter taste of a loss gets our team back on track and ready to roll and play football like the VOLS really can

UT 31
LSU 17

Rushing yards 185

DaMarcus Russell is average when throwing the ball, and if your D stops the run like they can with that front 4 talent, UT will get plenty of posession time. I don't think the coaching staff will abandon the run this week, and I believe UT is a better football team.

LSU should be 0-1 if it wasn't for some lame special teams play and coaching on the ARZ ST. side!!! What was up with that delayed "pooch" punt that went disasterously wrong for ASU two weeks ago?

I just don't think this will be a high scoring game. Especially with our offense playing like it is. Hopefully, our defense can keep LSU from scoring more than us, hehe. Easier than it sounds, huh?
