I’ll hand it you. You went bold on this w/ the ACC getting 3 in and the B1G only getting 1, and FSU getting the 5 seed. West Virginia getting an at large bid would be pretty wild. I’m guessing you think they beat Penn St in Week 1?

I would definitely take hosting West Virginia in a CFP game in Neyland though.

That would be awesome if it did, but I don’t see it. Sucks that Memphis and UTSA are playing real P4 schools, while Liberty will have another joke of a schedule and probably get blasted by the second place team in the SEC or B1G. I think the G5 school should at least have to play a P4 school to be considered for the CFP.

I agree, if one is going to make the Playoff they should at least have one P4 win on their resume. Or if they play a really good P4 team a close loss could be acceptable. I too wish UTSA will beat Texas but that’s a long shot at best. Maybe they get lucky and catch Texas on a bad day? I’d love to see it!
