Just looking at the stats, it appears Pitt is playing to run and control the clock. Perhaps protecting their QBs after the shellacking they took against us.
Yeah, I think they are an 8-4 or 9-3 team. 10-2 is possible because Miami and UNC don't look great.
I do think we should have beat Pitt by 3 TDs. To survive a game where we made all kinds of mistakes and everything went against us in 2nd half (especially with lack of offense) will help build character/confidence with this team. I think that is another reason people are high on Tennessee right now because grit is something that has been lacking with the exception of the first half of 2016.
