"Play In" Type Games

So they are adding four teams to the tournament...two teams at 11 seeds and two teams at 12 seeds..that is how I am taking it. If we lose to Arkansas and still get in the dance...I bet we are given one of those...against like a Michigan State team. Any thought on matchups or possibilities we could end up there with a loss to Ark.

I definatley think if we lose to Arkansas we would fall to the 11 or 12 line or ever out of the tournament.

I think it would be a good way to get some of the first game jitters out for a young NCCA tournament team...but for a team with players that have been there before like ours they likely wouldn't take it seriously and I am sure we would lose which would be embarrasing...so I hope we don't get put in those games.

I don't think our case for the tourney is as strong as some people think. IF UT were to lose to Arkansas I could see them not making the tourney at all or possibly a play in game. The Villanova win isn't that impressive now. They finished the year 5-10 in their last 15. As of Monday there were only a spot or two ahead in RPI.

I couldn't imagine Michigan State vs Tennessee in an early game but it would be amazing lol. IMO, I think UT is in the tourney at a 9/10 seed, regardless of Arkansas. Plenty disagree but w/e. Let's just beat Arkansas just in case I have to break my TV on Sunday night if Tennessee's name isn't called. It would be an epic failure to play in the NIT twice in the same season.

I dont care about a play-in. I dont start watching untill the second round when the real contenders are playing.
