This really bugs me when we cut a player and some other team welcomes him with open arms.Which players has this happenend to before and why doesn't every team get on the same page.Any answers?

Three come to mind: Lynn McGruder to Oklahoma, Onterrio Smith to Oregon, and Dewayne Dotson to Ole Miss. What would you propose? That players never be given a second chance?

So what? Please show me any harm that came from Oregon taking a chance on him.

Doesn't seem to have harmed Oregon but it also doesn't seem to have helped Onterrio. Of course he might have had to get high to put on that uniform in public.
