if it is Butch Jones then I hope he doesn't follow Hart and shop at the Dollar store for his coordinators. I can get behind him if he can hire the right help. I mean if he does become coach I will support him cause I won't turn my back on my vols. But please Butch hire some proven winning assistants.

Think you are right. No way he can get in and get any decent players and doubt we keep many of the decent players committed. Of those committed we will be left with only the "dooley diamonds" that nobody else wanted. I truly expect us to finish 12th in the conference in recruiting, if not lower.

Do not expect much of a premium staff either. Probably keep the third tier assistants he had at cinc.
