According to the comments, the ball and foot had already been out of bounds before the picture was taken.

Just checked on you tube. They lied. He was NEVER out of bounds.

Dude knew he missed it. You can tell that by how he didn't T up Grant.

I think in his defense he was going to let the players settle it. But when the contact was made forcing the player out, you have to call it. He crossed himself up, but had good intentions.

Intense game, that Basketball.

I volunteered to coach my son's BBall team when he was 6 because nobody else would do it. In the third game I found myself screaming at a 6 year old kid because he was beating up on one of my players while guarding him.

I quit the next day. My place was in the stands.

I hate all things Alabama but that was just horrible. Tim Higgins is a buffoon and a poor excuse for a referee. He should be suspended and for more than one game. Players and coaches alike are under the highest degree of scrutiny yet officials routinely make egregious mistakes with little to no consequence. They should be subject to the same scrutiny.

At least John Clockerty is gone from the SEC; I think he's now supervisor of officials for the ACC (all crybaby conference).
