Poll: CCM for COY, or #2 seed in SEC Tourney?

In all likelihood, Coach Crimina...er, Calipari will win SEC COY if he beats Florida today. We NEED him to do this to secure the #2 seed in the SEC Tourney. Even if he loses, I think he still wins COY, but I think the decision to pick him becomes more difficult, and CCM's vote carries more weight.

So, in a pure opinion poll, is it more important to you to see us secure a #2 seed/1st round bye and make noise in the tourney , or UK lose and possibly (and I stress possibly, because I still think it's a long shot), CCM get voted as COY? Both scenarios would have positive effects on future recruiting, obviously, because it shows what CCM is capable of.

Personally, I would rather us secure the #2 seed and make some noise in Nawlins. GBO!! V, B!! :rock:

Should wait until after the tourney to name players/coaches and then win we win the tourney or make it to the final give CCM COY.

This was his Signature win by far. Yes he beat FL twice, Conn. Pittsburgh, Ms St, on the ropes and Memphis first game. Closer than score against Duke. One of those games and we are not having a tourney discussion.

They give the COY on turning programs around then Yes by a long shot. CCM has earned it and this team has. This team was in the gutter in Dec. Just a long season of disappointment expected, but patience and time and a COY candidate. Should get it but probably will not but he has earned it and is the COY of the year IMO. Did More with less and exceeded expectations.

COY. The top recruits follow the top coaches. Cal, Coach K, Self, Williams, Calhoun, etc. Don't think for a second they won't want to play for Coach Zo if he gets COY in his first season with the Vols.
