6-6. With that said, I didn't realize Auburn and Mizzou would be Top 10 teams so basically the season has gone as expected.

I thought realistically we would be 5-7 or 6-6 and remember over the spring/summer going back and forth.

UT was awful last night and still should have won. No other way to put it. I can't explain what I witnessed last night. Dobb's called back TD would've ended the game.

One thing is certain. 7-5 would have been an awesome year and that alone tells you how crappy things are. 7-5 with most reputable programs is enough to get a coach fired.

So, now that we are all just pissed off and sick and sad (myself included)...........are we being realistic and honest?

Yep. Most thought 7-5, but we underestimated Auburn and Missouri. But alas, we are again down to fighting with UK for the bottom of the SEC East. Bring on the "Toilet Bowl."

Honestly 7-5

Hoped for 8-4 and with some great luck 9-3

If you are being honest, this is stupidity.

I like the positive and encouraging out-look. But, non of this was rational. If you are being serious/honest, you probably just don't know much about football. Which is "okay", just makes you a typical/average/casual fan.

6-6 maybe 7-5, Mizzou and Auburn being so good put it out of reach. Think we were just burned by the Candy game.

I had us going 6-6 and thought/still think it should have happened. When Butch said the goal was to get to a bowl game, I expected nothing less than that. I thought that he was the type of coach that would pull out all the stops in order to reach that goal. After last night's vanilla game plan, I'm starting to doubt some things.

there was some luck involved beatin' western ky. who's qb was obviously a vol fan. then there was that upstart team from lower alabam. bad as it is, it coulda been worse.

I thought we could go 7-5 or 6-6, the difference being how good CBJ is at prepping and coaching up players. I now fear we'll go 4-8. This team is unprepared, unmotivated, has no QB, plays horribly on the road and has no bowl to play for. It'll be cold and hostile in Lexington. They're done.

At this point with our quarterback play, I'm amazed that Tennessee has the record they have. And this is coming from a guy who thought 6-6 was an easier goal (as stated many times before this was before Missouri and Auburn both proved to be good). However, I truly believe we don't have a decent answer at quarterback right now, and feel this is something they really need to try to address through JUCO to shore up the bleeding.
