I have no idea. Just popped in my head today. There's tons of options, though.

1. Start back at zero

2. Start football season with the same number of points you ended baseball with

3. Everyone that played during baseball season gets to start at the same position they ended baseball with but not the same points. We reset points to bring everyone closer. Example: First place finisher starts football with 20 points, 2nd place with 19 points, 3rd place with 18 points, etc. And on down the line

4. None of these and a better system is created.
