Note my avi. I will certainly be missing him. Saw him and Elton John together in concert a few years ago in Chattanooga and am so glad I got to see him in person before he passed.

Yes, I never got to see him during his heyday in the early seventies nor when he played around Dallas in the later years.

I saw him in the mid 90s at a local festival. Given his condition that day I'm surprised he lived as long as he did.

Love his stuff.
