he said he was 100 percent vol and he was behind fulmer all the way!!! his parents said they were vol fans now!!

Great to know he keeps his word and has to me a fan favorite to come!

I was happy to read that article. Thanks but No Thanks......Pete sent his boy knocking on doors. Pope ran it by his parents, who requested he kept his word. He agreed 100% only to let them know of the late calling. His high school coach informed him of the USC interest. Teach this kid to pass block and he's SEC material at tackle/guard.

I agree 100%. That is huge to pass up USC at this point in time, especially being from California.

At least we didn't loose out on this one. I hope that this kids potential is fully developed because he has obviously shown a desire to be a Vol. We need players with a true commitment to the program and not themselves. That's why I'm honestly glad that we lost out on Hawthorne.
