I agree keep Pig at WR but use him much like Florida used Percy Harvin (not saying Pig is at Harvin's level)...fly sweeps, occasional zone read at either RB or QB...if you work him at WR then it gives you more options to get him the ball. It is easier for a guy to learn to take a hand off than for a guy to learn good route running...so let him spend the bulk of his time there.
