posting a picture

probably a dumb question, but how do I post a pic that is in my documents? do you have to have a url to post a pic? and if so, how do i get that?

Either go sign up at Picjoint and host it over there , or click on 'Post Reply' and scroll down below the text box and click on 'Manage Attachments'.
