Yep, the economic team is shaping up real nicely. One guy was Chairman of the Board of CitiGroup as it was driven into the ground - the other is a tax evader and hires illegal immigrants.

He's looking for a Fox News article so he can really pour out his righteous indignation over their inflammatory coverage of a Board of Govs member who inadvertently didn't pay his tax bill and illegally employed a maid.

amazing, only libs like you will defend a guy who doesn't pay taxes. if it was conservative or republican, he would have been pressured to withdraw his nomination.

I fail to see where our friend "the Beast" defended anyone in his post. He merely made an accurate statement concerning gsvol's posting habits. If you disagree with that, I would love for you to point to his defense of Geithner.

I'm so happy to see the GOP bending over backwards to get this guy confirmed. In fact, they're not putting up much of a fight for any of Obama's problematic nominations.

My posts indeed may far exceed either of your attention spans (no big feat in and of itself) but at least I can stay on topic without taking pot shots at other posters.

This nomination should convince anyone and everyone that Obama is just one more corrupt democrat party apparatchnik and a typical product of the most politically corrupt city in America.

Anyone who doesn't understand that has his head stuffed up his rear.

So let me get this straight. I (accurately) stated that 666 posted nothing that even resembled a defense of Geithner, and now you, along with joevol, are whining about our apparent hypocrisy in defense of this guy. Then you are whining that we just don't get it and lack the attention span to wade through the crap you post. Through all of this you come to the conclusion that I am a whiner. Good call dude, you are a freaking genius.

I just took another vote and gsvol has joined the esteemed ranks of joevol and DAVOL. Congrats.
