Prayers for Hendon Hooker & family. As much as we hated the loss, it doesn’t even compare to the devastating injury to Hooker. Our QB; Our leader - a TOTAL class-act!

The entire University of Tennessee is like one big family! And I feel just like my own brother got hurt!…….

After a GREAT season, The rest of the games don’t seem to matter that much, now…..

Just hoping that he can rehabilitate and look towards a future career in the NFL.

Thank you Hendon Hooker for the memories, and for a season that VOLS fans will never forget!

Hendon will always be one of my favorite Vols of all time, he played a big part in dragging this team out of the cellar and back into the spotlight, spent his time here winning games and being a solid all around role model for everyone. May this man never have to pay for a drink in Knoxville again.

It is my prayer that Hendon Hooker the qb will have a full recovery from his upcoming surgery and that God will allow him to have an opportunity to play in the NFL. However, if he can‘t play in the NFL, I have no doubt that Hendon Hooker the “man” will be a total success in whatever path God sends him down in life. He has been raised and has continued to live as a man of faith, which has prepared him to face things like this. He knows God is in control. God Bless young man.

absolutely heartbreaking for this young man. He has been such an excellent representative of this program and what we are about. He will exceed in whatever he does next. I hope to see him shine at the next level after he heals. It’s been amazing to see how he puts God first, leads this team and is a great example for my sons.

My family and I have and will continue to pray for his fast recovery and for God to continue to use him as an instrument of Christ and leader for young athletes
