Not for me, but for a close friend. His 19 year old daughter was hit by a drunk driver Friday night and the funeral is tomorrow. Great kid who was one of the kindest kids I have had the pleasure of knowing. She was hit by a 19 year old who was incredibly drunk. TIA

Sorry to hear this. I can't imagine how the parents must feel, but I will pray for the family.

Prayers for your friend, BC204. A local private high school here in Memphis just lost 2 students last weekend in an accident in which a drunk driver hit them. With 3 kids now, I can't imagine that feeling.

Prayers for the families involved.

Makes me want to go home and hold my 5 and 2 year old real tight. Can't imagine what its like to lose a child.

How horrible. We need to start killing drunk drivers who maim and kill others.

Almost the same scenario in which my cousin was killed when I was younger. Absolutely tragic.
