i dont really keep up with hockey, but is nashville still in 1st place? And do you think they hav a legit shot to win it all?

Ummm, they had a legit chance to win it all before Forsberg, do you think he hurts their chances? They are either in first or a couple points away.

They are in first in the West by a point over Detroit. And yes they have a legitimate chance. Whoever makes the playoffs has a legit chance.

my dad is a die hard redwings fan and he even sports a redwings logo on the front of his truck and it's funny cause he lives in tennessee and he is an English man and probably knows more about hockey than alot of americans. He loves his hockey.

Yeah that was last year. Edmonton represented the West in the finals as an 8 seed.

exactly my point. once you are in the playoffs, the regular season means nothing.

Actually it separates the wheat from the chaff... without the regular season teams like LA would be "in the playoffs."

The wings just took an OTL. It sure would be nice to get a win tonight in Anaheim and build some sort of lead on those guys.

Looked to me like he knocked it in with his stick after saving it.

The Wings shouldn't have gotten it to OT anyway, some hard play got them back in a game that was getting away from them. That last goal tipped back into the net off Budaj's skate.

nah. the guy who scored (Richards?) got it on the rebound. good play by him though following his shot.
