The last known remaining target for Tennessee in the class of 2015, Drew Richmond spent the weekend in Knoxville enjoying the red-carpet treatment.
From a pricey dinner with Butch Jones, Kyle Phillips and Darrin Kirkland Jr., to the crowd chanting his name at the Vols basketball game vs. Auburn, Tennessee went all out in its efforts to flip Richmond from Ole Miss during the past three days.
Despite the Vols getting his last visit, Richmond is still committed to the Rebels, and Oxford, Mississippi, is simply much closer to his home than Knoxville.
Still, it's tough to bet against Butch Jones when the stakes are high—and with Tennessee's class trending up and Ole Miss's trending down, look for Richmond to choose the Vols on Wednesday and seal the deal for Tennessee to finish with another top recruiting class.

This is one of the craziest times of the year. As long we keep this class as is I will be happy as hell. Richmond, or Allen is just extra sausage in the gravy.

Problem is that Bleacher Report is made up of pretty much opinion pieces that just about anyone can put up. I hope Richmond does come to UT,it would fill a big need.

Why do people keep mentioning Lewis? The kid cancelled his UT visit. I don't think he's ever been on UTs campus. IMO, just doesn't make sense.

agreed couldnt be any happier. for being 7-6 its perfect because we met needs. however. the rolltahds have the more 'perfect' class.

since were judging the merits of the classes on paper, we couldve upgraded at TE, secondary, and perhaps in the trenches.

like i said ill take our haul versus the tahds anyday. in two years this team will/better be world beaters. but, on paper calling it 'perfect'? lets reign that in a bit.
