I expect a typical UT-Bama game. Lots of running and hard-hitting defense. Not saying it'll be 9-6, but it'll be low scoring and close (barring OTs, of course).

Alabama will run the ball down Tennessee's throat, then they will play dominating defense like they have all year, and then the Tide will run a little bit more for good measure. In my mind, it will be a lot like Alabama's 34-14 win last time we made the trip to Knoxville. Alabama threw only 12 times that night but won with great defense and a great rushing attack.

Alabama 24 :p Tennessee 13

Ok lets look at Alabama's Dominating Defense

Alabama hasn't played a team currently ranked in the top 30 mush less the top 25

Alabama beat up on lets see here

W Carolina 168th in the country w
Utah State 97th in the country w
Ole miss 52nd
So Miss 47th
Kentucky 93rd

Got whopped by Hmmm
Soth Carolina 42nd
Arkansas 31rst

Now that is impressive the highest ranked team they beat is 47th

they great run defense gave up

Arkansas 211 yrds
South carolina 202
Southern Miss 148

Oh Good Lord that defense is impressive

Alabama 24  Tennessee 13

You forgot to mention the 6 Tennessee turnovers and the bad officiating. The Tide scored 24 points off turnovers in that game. If the Tide doesn't get help with turnovers or with the officials, I don't think they'll be able to get even close to the 24 points you predict.

...eh?

Dominating defense, huh? Was that a joke?

You must be basing this on your performance against Southern Miss and their pathetic back up QB.

Yea, Alabama's defense gave up two touchdowns to S. Carolina. The two touchdown drives were from 8 and 5 yards out. Two TDs, 13 yards given up. The defense gave up 13 points in the first 55 minutes against Arkansas. Then the offense turned it over on downs late in the game, deep into our own territory. Can't blame the defense.

Basing that on the number one pass defense in the nation.

When Alabama beats a Team ranked above 30th then tell me about that number one pass Defense.

. . . .That has beaten NOBODY.

Very few teams would use the word "dominant" after giving up over 200 yards rushing to both Arkansas and South Carolina while passing for, get ready, a whopping 57 and 67 yards each game.
