Yes, they announced 10:45 on the field, whether it's full pregame show, I don't know but yes about running thru T. Trying to remember where I saw this earlier today.

UT website says pregame 10;53, national anthem 10:56, running thru T 11;04 and kickoff 11;07.

It appears they are trying to make it as much of a home game as possible. They are even doing Vol Village across from the stadium.
