Preseason Top 25 teams that are no longer ranked

4 of the Top 10, and nearly half of the Top 25. I’m not against preseason rankings, I understand they need to set a baseline, but this certainly doesn’t bode well for the concept.

I love it...just because it's so refreshing to see some of those teams lose and being brought back to reality. Oklahoma...lol...what a joke.

Well, they turn out about like you’d expect. I mean, why do we have to jabber about this every year? They’re preseason rankings. They are about as accurate as they are.

Which team that dropped surprised you the most? For me it’s Arkansas as I thought Pittman was building a solid program and had them headed in the right direction with a good returning qb.
