President Donald Trump - J.D. Vance Administration

To be honest, I have no idea what you are talking about in this post. Can you explain?

Well, Europe is basically a semi-failed state now, they are completely dependent on the world i.e. energy, manufacturers, etc. The whole concept that Europe can just turn a light switch to change is not plausible i.e. scale. Its actually going to go the opposite for them... industrial output will continue to decline.

There isn't much that can be done for Europe, but even if we could.... I don't know why we care. Let them hack on each other.

I feel bad what the deepstate, Nuland and Obama did to them, but not much I can do about that. At this point, they can blow me though... I have limited to no values associated with them.

Europeans will be back to hacking on each other... just like always, just a matter of time.

Agree somewhat. Europe will still be stronger than over 50% of the world but yeah it is in a massive free fall and its heydays are over. In a lot of ways, Europe reminds me of Greece around 200 B.C. A bunch of divided city-states who could not see their diminishing influence and kept living in the past. Within less than Century, all of Greece would fall under Roman Rule.

World War 1 and 2 really destroyed Europe as a force of power. The current governments and systems have done everything wrong to date as well and haven't helped. It will take a minor miracle for them to recover.

IMO, the main path to recovery is just pushing the wealthy elites to invest back into the economies of their nations (even at a loss). Europe also needs to tariff low-cost products similar to USA situation. The reason the 1950s were seen as a golden age was clear, there was a robust consumer market. Companies hired a lot of employees and paid them well. People had money and could buy their goods. The cost cutting and reduction of the work force looks great in board meetings but it is destroy economies.

You also got the social issues. We need to get back to pushing the 2 parent families with children and encourage people to have children again. When Europe got away from its traditional values, it had no hope here. This one would be a tougher item to tackle.

I just don't see how they can rebound in the current system. My fear is the growth of Fascism in Europe. Democracies that are failing tend to give way to radical regimes like Communism and Fascism.

Europe as a union had an uphill battle even before the last 2-3 years, which is why Germany was in early stages of withdrawing. Without Germany it would have collapsed long ago, the problem now is Germany is collapsing.

Trump will probably speed this up (we'll see) but EU has limited to no future. Europeans are still in the denial stage.

He's above the law because he is our lord and savior. Laying some very interesting groundwork, here.

This is why the criticism of BREXIT surprised me. UK jumped off a sinking ship. Now UK has had some struggles with that but UK was always in an interesting spot in that they have a lot of overseas, former colonies that they share cultural and economic ties with. Apparently, the EU setup for UK damaged their trade relationships with nations like Australia and Canada (as well as even the USA). I think UK is trying to repair those economic ties.

Why are there no mentions of "Immigration Bonds"? Did they just stop doing these? An illegal immigrant can get a bond and be released from custody back into the country, with the bond promising that they will come to all their court dates and ICE check-ins. Basically the same as someone getting bonded out of jail for DUI or shoplifting, etc.

It blew my mind that they would give bonds to illegal aliens. It seems very unlikely that an illegal would show up for their court appearances. I thought that once they had an illegal in custody that they would be deported.

So do all these people being apprehended by ICE have the opportunity to bond out or are they all being deported now?

The Napoleonic wars, WWI, WWII and mass migration to the US thinned out the male European gene pool. The entire continent was left with mostly sissies and women so what do you expect would happen.

True, but some of it is demographics as well. Take China, they have lost more people than any nation over last 200 years and it isn't even close, yet they are competing directly with USA. The destruction of the family unit is really driving the fall of Europe:

Keeping in mind that almost 20 million Chinese died in WW2, you also have Chinese Civil War (4-9 million), Taiping Rebellion (20-30 Million), Mao's Great Leap Forward (estimates range from 15 to 55 Million), etc.

Key is China has been able to replace their deaths.

So you do or don't support pulling funding for St Jude?
St Jude is awash with cash from donations. First article is from 2022. They spend over $2B annually to run the facility. 30% of received contributions go to advertising, which given their longtime standing and name recognition they could probably spend less there, and 20% to their reserve. They are not hurting for money. Some reference below.

Yes but the Chinese still believe in meat waves. Plus they have absolutely no qualms about theft, the Chinese are a steal and mass produce people instead of an innovative people. And they're not lazy like most Europeans.

As I said, culture.

One repeated cultural item that is tied to every nation's fall is the fall of the Nuclear Family. This has been a problem in Europe for some time. A great example of how serious cultures have taken it in the past is a situation around Augustus in Rome where he outlawed adultery because affairs were destroying the elite families of Rome who were not producing the next generation with their spouses.
