President Joe Biden - Kamala Harris Administration

@evillawyer - Gracias Jose may I have another. Now this is a tax that impacts everyone to the same degree regardless of income bracket. Maybe we can split some of these struggles for goods with all the illegals and lightly vetted Afghan males. Oops...already happening. Boy that should help with the prices too. Maybe kids can munch on some of that fentanyl.

Really reaching aren't you since the example you gave has nothing in common with the discussion since CA was given a special provision by the federal .gov that no other state was granted.

Can you provide a link to the "special power" given to California, I haven't seen it. Thanks

Bingo...they want high energy prices. Creates a crisis and makes their stupidity more affordable and attractive as well as public funding of alternatives. These people are sick
Didn't Joe say at a rally in Pennsylvania before the election that "We are going to end fossil fuels" or something along those lines?

I think so. One of those shockers that no one seemed to question or ask for clarification of policy. Dirt swept under the rug

You would think someone would say whoa.

All of'em need to apologize for voting for a totally F#@ked up old man. Voters were totally lied to. Biden was a Trojan Horse offered up. Radical Dems were to take over while he's in office.

Then are some serious life consequential lies
After all the discoveries and hypocrisy the past few months, just proves it was always about power with these radicals and the lying media

Actually, inflation hurts the poor and middle class much more than the wealthy because the poor and middle class have far less discretionary income. Of course, since the Biden Administration is giving other people's money to the poor as quickly as they can distribute it, the burden ultimately lands hardest on the middle class, as usual.

I see he didn't define pornography or what is obscene. This is just grandstanding to make a headline and what I hate about Rs (and politicians in general).
He doesn't have to define it. The laws are already on the books, so they have already been defined.

Not really. Those that have a lot of disposable income put it into assets that keep up with inflation. Those living paycheck to paycheck decide what they must do without as they live for a while on a paycheck with less purchasing power.

The end result is a further gap between the upper and lower economic classes.

Maybe you could get us a link to the legal definition.
Here is a link to Section 43.24 of the Texas penal code, which was the section referenced by Gov. Abbott is his statement. You're going to state that the definitions in this law are really vague. Pornography statutes are always intentionally vague as they are intended to be defined by what the community finds offensive.

Looking at the text of the Texas law, I think they could have other issues. In my opinion, this law is very poorly written.

Damn, I was exposed to pornography looking at the ladies underwear section of the Sears catalog.
