President Joe Biden - Kamala Harris Administration

All of'em need to apologize for voting for a totally F#@ked up old man. Voters were duped into thinking he was a moderate. Biden was a Trojan Horse offered up. Radical Dems were to take over while he's in office.

Why would the leftist filth apologize for executing their plan to destroy and fundamentally transform America into a 3rd world sh!thole?

Not really. Those that have a lot of disposable income put it into assets that keep up with inflation. Those living paycheck to paycheck decide what they must do without as they live for a while on a paycheck with less purchasing power.

The end result is a further gap between the upper and lower economic classes.

My remarks were tongue in cheek. Whether you make $50k or $500k per year inflation is like a usage tax or a flat tax that impacts the lower income earners more than the high income earners. People still have to eat, people still have to drive to work and people still have to stay warm. That doesn't change regardless which tax bracket you're in. Yes, you are right about having to make choices when disposable or discretionary income won't go as far. So this desert the Biden administration is creating is decimating real wages.

Actually, inflation hurts the poor and middle class much more than the wealthy because the poor and middle class have far less discretionary income. Of course, since the Biden Administration is giving other people's money to the poor as quickly as they can distribute it, the burden ultimately lands hardest on the middle class, as usual.

Inflation and higher energy costs are extremely regressive "taxes". You are right dems will do what they can to make those who pay no income taxes whole, and the middle class will pay their bills and more income taxes as inflated income just hits the marginal tax rate harder - and the rates won't be adjusted for inflation. Al Gore and his buddies will keep the lights burning and won't notice the hit.

Even Trump got a kiss! Macron avoids giving VP Kamala Harris traditional double cheek greeting as they shake hands at Élysée Palace after relations soured over collapsed $9B submarine deal

Vice President Kamala Harris continued the administration's push to try to soothe relations with France after the clash over a US submarine deal on her diplomatic visit Wednesday – and by all outward signs was enjoying the task.

'I'm very happy to be in Paris,' she exclaimed when a reporter shouted a question about whether she had to make 'amends.'

She was warmly greeted by French President Emmanuel Macron on the steps of Elysee Palace – just days after President Joe Biden also sought to mend fences with the nation often called America's oldest ally.

Macron did not offer a double-cheek greeting that is common in France to the first female U.S. vice president – although he has been photographed giving 'La Bise' to former President Donald Trump and former first lady Melania Trump.

You know she was expecting it but she is so phony. Macron isn't dumb. He knows she is clueless.

The dem's picked a real winner right here.

This administration has turned into a cluster**** on a scale that wasn’t even fathomable six months ago. There is no doubt Biden will go down as the worst president in history. And his VP is even less popular. How is that even possible???

Biden voters should hang their heads in shame.

I believe Biden said wages were outpacing inflation. Cough.

That’s not all the bad news. In a separate report Wednesday, the Labor Department said average hourly earnings after inflation fell 0.5% in the month. Real wages are down 2.2% since January. American purchasing power has declined, and the average standard of living has fallen, despite unheard of levels of government spending.

Opinion | Inflation and Building Back Worse

Somebody needs to explain to dems that if wages increase and productivity doesn't the result is inflation. Wages are a production cost; you just can't increase cost and pretend it doesn't affect the selling cost of the goods and services produced. What we dearly need in schools is some simplified courses like thermodynamics and feedback and controls or system dynamics done in comic book fashion to explain some elementary stuff like why there's no perpetual motion, why friction drags things to a halt, why you lose every time you transform energy from one state to another, etc ... and how those apply to a lot more than science and engineering. We've been building generations of stupid and far exceeded the wildest expectations.
