Assuming we are able to hope for change and share the responsibility of distributing wealth, uh, I mean, the basketball.

I liken his backing to a Lee Corso endorsement!!!

who gives a flying poo what he has to say about basketball. he should have more important things on his mind.

I can understand a guy in his shoes relaxing a bit and following sports, but dont allow it to be covered on Sports Center at 8 am when the economy is in the tank. Take the time, but dont do it publicly. It sends mixed messages.

no joke! i saw espn talking about this and showing that stupid grin on obama's face because now he thinks he is cooler than ever. we don't need a goofy looking president who thinks he is in touch with sports fans. we need a president to do his job day in and day out and not waste time on a sports show. i just might have to stop paying taxes.

Him doing a bracket sends the perfect message: Life will go on. Things will get better.

I don't like Obama's policies at all and didn't vote for him, but it is asinine to make an issue out of something like this. Did anyone protest Bush's Christmas specials with Barney the Dog while we were at war?

I don't see the big issue here. It's a bracket, something that takes 5 mins to make. Not a big deal at all. It's not like he has 20,000 posts on a message board.

the problem w/ it is, the whole thing of letting sports center come in and make a big thing about it. me and u doing a bracket takes a few minutes, but throwing the media in there well there's more important things to be doing other than looking cool on SC.

it was def not in the tank during most of his presidency. you are 20, so that means you are either a soph or jr in college, meaning you are just starting to get into classes concerning your major.
