Vols up to 2 seed

I would rather not face Charlotte again but they do seem softer now than from that prior midweek game

that Greenville region is tough. ECU is tough at home though. Their fans’ hatred for the RDU triangle schools would propel them past NCSU but would they have the same fervent crowd against Liberty or surging Sanford

Eh, I think it's a good draw. I'm blown away that we might actually get the #2 overall seed. Just an absolutely incredible season.

If this is indeed the draw we pull, I like our chances. We're clearly far better than any of the teams in our regional, and I'm not intimidated by any of those potential Super Regional matchups.

Really wish this wasn’t behind a paywall. Anyone have a subscription and can tell us what was said?

Rogers: Tennessee Continues Historic Surge • D1Baseball

I do.

Kendall had high praise for the both the Vol fan turnout in Hoover and for team's incredible run so far. He said that it was cool to see the Big Orange support for the team. As for the team, he was impressed by their bounce back after the controversial loss to Bama in the first game. Said the team had all the pieces for a national title run coming together at the right time with Sewell emerging as a fourth starter and the offense as potent as ever. Said that regardless of the outcome of today's game, the team is a well-oiled machine ready for the NCAA Tourney and that Vol fans want to be a part of the historic run.

They should throw shade at their own terrible conference. The ACC sucks in baseball. South Carolina finished 7th in the SEC and they probably would have won the conference.
They are politicking to get Louisville in the field and said the RPI should be thrown out of the equation this year because the ACC chose to play less OOC games.
GBO!!

They probably don't realize most of the audience is waiting for the Main Event. I wonder who we catch for our broadcast crew?
I couldn’t find anything about who’s getting the call?
Surely it will be the SECN guys? Maybe Hart?
GBO!!

I remember when the ACC was a great conference in baseball -- at least at the top. Clemson, UNC, Virginia, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Miami. WTF happened?
