Need some help. I have 2 outdoor propane heaters. Had both my tanks filled today. Now neither heater will stay lit with either tank.

I even hooked up my single burner I use hunting to both tanks and it won’t stay lit either.

I removed and reconnected several times. I have bled all the lines. I have blown the regulator hoses out with compressed air.

I’ve basically gone down the trouble shooting guide from top to bottom. I cant imagine all three thermocouples are bad at the same time. All 3 have worked over the last month.

Could the guy that filled my tanks screwed something up? Any help would be much appreciated.

Sounds simple, but you should be able to tell by picking them up... Full tanks are much heavier

I just had them both filled today. I’m wondering if the guy that filled them did something to make them not function properly.

If full, make sure your other valves are all off, then very, very slowly open the tank valve. Once it's open, try slowly opening your burner valves. The new safety regulators don't like a fast rush of gas.

Had the same problem with one of my heaters. Looked up a video online that shows you how to bypass the thermal coupler/ safety switch. Works fine now.

Can you borrow a neighbors tank to see if it is the contents? Sounds like it is.

Take both tanks back along with your single burner and see if the dude can light it using your tanks.
