I would like to take this opportunity to give Bobby Maze HUGE props for his effort tonight.

16 points
8 assists
7 rebounds

Only 2 dimes and 3 assists away from a triple double. Played like a 'manimal' tonight. Also made 6 of 7 from the charity strip, didn't jack up any dumba@# threes, got a steal, and only committed 2 turnovers. That is the way a PG should play. For those of you keeping track that's a 4:1 Assist to turnover ration - outstanding in anyone's book! Also had a pretty good game against Charlotte.

Thanks BMaze. Here's hoping that you are able to keep it up and play like that the rest of the year. We will need outstanding PG play to make it deep in the tourney.

Please let this be the real Maze. We've seen him play great games before and then revert back to mediocre play. I hope this is the start of some consistent play all around.

Maze was a beast tonight.

I think we will continue to see performances like this from Bobby. He is going to play more minutes so his numbers will be better. Great performance tonight Mr. Maze, you were def. the better PG tonight!

Maze or Hopson was the best player on the court today. Maze outplayed Collins all day. If Maze plays like that the rest of the year dare I say it but he could be a draftable pleyer. Some of the moves he put on KU were NBA moves that can make u alot of money.

I just love seeing these guys FINALLY driving to the lane, they have the ability and are very dangerous. Maze looked quicker today than i've ever seen him

If maze can play like this every night and bring that same type of intensity and leadership that he showed tonight this team can be special. I still believe they need to get Tatum back, but the key to this team has been PG play. If Maze plays like that on a consistent basis PG will no longer be the least bit of an issue.

Maze and Hopson being aggressive and driving the lane = huge games to come!

This This This. The Wooldridge "3's" and this were the difference. I honestly think KU wasn't expecting THAT #32 to show up. They had scouted the old 32 and hadn't seen this one. (Neither had we =)
