Saw that story - handled very poorly.

Its stupid, but I can see why MoCo Health Inspector did it.

A) it was on a busy street right next to the Club. Safety/Traffic issue
B) Kids were charging $2 for a glass.
C) The parents were jerks about it and thats why they got the $500 fine.
D) Legit vendors were not allowed to sell Merchandise on the street because of the Safety/Traffic issue

Also needs to be noted that the group of kids are related to the family that founded Lockhead and Mariott.
