Arkansas has a chance in the next few weeks to begin climbing the monstrous SEC mountain.

Razorback fans clamor for respect. Fellow Hawgs, the only way to achieve this goal is to win and win consistently.

Saturday marks the beggining of what could be a true rennasiance of Razorback Football. Razorback football that was on par with most and competitive with all in the 60's, 70's and 80's.

Tennessee fans and most SEC football fans only know th Arkansas program that limped into the SEC in 1992. The lowest point in our programs recent history.

Will we make it up the hill or slide back down? We are within a few hours of finding out.

My bias prediction for all you Tennessee folks:

Tennessee: Begins well while our defense settles in. Crompton maybe throws a couple of touchdowns and the Vols take a lead into halftime. Arkansas running game begins to fatigue Tennessee in the second half and Arkansas pull out the game.

Tenn. 23
Arkansas 27

Vols 31
Razorbks 24

Crompton gets his first start and Coker will play. If Crompton puts up same effort and learned from some his mistakes last week the Vols will score three to four touchdowns. Coker will show whats been missing from our game by getting a couple good runs in the game. Piggy-Sue McFaddon will run from something between a buck to a buck fifty. This irish kid is good. QB Dick and Coach Nutt (yes you read right) will get their wires crossed a couple times which means some sacks and the Vols D will get another one or hopefully two interceptions. Ainge will be on sideline for emergencies or the Philster may just feel like putting him in for a series. Doubt it though. Think Crompton will do well. Hell, if he got close to 200yds vs LSU he should do really well vs the Bacon Bandits.

I think we pick Crompton at least once and force him into some bad plays.

It's much easier for a freshman to play in front of 100,000 of his own fans vs. 80,000 of opposing fans.

I think that will make just enough of a difference.

Hard game to predict, really. But our like our chances better than I did against LSU.

Is Nutt high on Dick?

I think it could go either way. Of course I hope for an Arkansas victory.
I'm looking foward to a really exciting and good game.

I think most of Arky's runs are long ones as their time of possession is 109th out of 119 in the NCAA. Don't look for our defense to be worn out, we lose if we give up the big runs.

We are one of the best 4th quarter teams in the nation. You better hope you are up big on us by the half.

I really don't think that would matter.....I think we'd come back even if they were up big at the half.....I'll say we come out pissed off and win by at least a TD.....Maybe a TD and a FG......Should be a good game though

Oh and for all you Arky fans, Crompton is a beast, I really don't see ya'll bothering him too much......Yeah, it's easier to play in front of your own fans, but the boy showed guts against LSU and could have won the game....So I really don't see it being a problem for him this weekend

Good luck to all though!!!

We also are one of the Best 4th quarter hawks in the game, however your team gave it up in the 4th, I am not saying we will blow you out but you will have to play better on D against us than you did against LSU, just remember we can and more than likely will run more up on you than LSU could dare to dream, your D is suspect against the run (Long or Short gains)

Beast Yes, but as of yet still not too tested, Do not think that the loss of Harrison (D-tackle) will cause a problem, we didn't have him for the auburn game and Ernest Mitchell is a beast on the line as well, a lot of pressure comes from our front four, contain them and you have a chance but Good luck,

that being said, i want this game, but from what i have seen your fans are more classy than the LSU fans.

P.S. :boobies: just seems somewhat inappropriate but
