QB practice to game time

Was or wasn't Johnny Manziel a Freshman last year? The cream will always rise to the top.....whether it is against Alabama, Florida, South Alabama or Western Kentucky or whoever! A Freshman CAN beat Florida. It is certainly not impossible!

On 104.5 the zone here in Nashville a little while ago one of the 3HL crew said while they were up there doing the radio show a few weeks ago that there is a highlight reel of practices that plays throughout the practice facility that consist of about 10 plays and said that at least 5 of the 10 had Riley Ferguson as the QB. Just passing it along, I have not seen anything other than the practice videos.

I didn't think this would matter to me so much, but I'd like to have a quarterback with some swag. I loved seeing how confident Tyler Bray was his freshman year.

That's a stupid way of picking a quarterback, I know. But I'd like a guy that's fearless out there. Bray was never afraid to try for the big play. Maybe Fergie fits that mold.

On the other hand, Peterman going back to Florida might provide the mental toughness he needs to get started on the right track. Idk. I'm excited for this Saturday.

Not a big fan of the rotation but when you can rotate qbs so that they get feedback and advice every 3-5 plays...might be an improvement. Maybe only work certain WRs with certain qbs, so they know each other better might help too. I'm grasping at straws I know.

Thats a good point, offenses respond to certain leaders better (Tebow, not the greatest qb, but he used to get the team to elevate their play as was the case with Broncos 2011). And defenses for that matter (see Al Wilson).

Worley (or insert qb) needs to be the ALPHA MALE out there. Get into a pushing match with a gator dl to get the offense fired up.
