Has he ever come back around the program? I know he is out of a job, but I honestly can't remember him coming back around practices or games since he left. Maybe he has, but I'm just wondering if anyone knows his level of involvement with the program. Still think it's a shame he hasn't been given a prove it year. The guy is an awesome player.

prove it year haha? As a NFL Player?

it's about to be 2023....he was drafted in 2010. He made a ton of money and was one of the best safeties ever.

I think he's moved to another point in his life.

I too have been wondering about Eric and how he's been doing/what he's been up to.

Another person I've been wondering about is Inky Johnson. It seems like he used to be around the program a lot and kept a pretty high profile. I remember seeing videos of him speaking to the team and he used to do those "Ink-spiration" segments on Jason Swain's radio show. Now it's like he's dropped off the face of the earth.

He is a well known Motivational Speaker travelling all around the country speaking to programs, companies, churches...etc. He represents UT very well.

Anyone else excited to read of an Inky Jr?! Come on young man, you come from amazing cloth both as a man and as an athlete, can’t wait to see you don the Orange one day! Inky was great on the field and when he was hurt against Air Force my heart broke for him, but seeing the life he’s built with his testimony is truly our Lord at work and a man listening to him, makes my heart smile

He just did a convocation to start the school year for our county back in September.

Came to one of the O&W games I attended. During the Jones era as stated above.

The "E-ric Be-rry" (clap, clap, clap-clap-clap) chant was thunderous.

I think Eric was involved in some of the research/testing of field turfs at UT, but someone else may be able to enlighten me.

He's a very well known motivational speaker. He's a busy man.
