Question about SEC network plus

So I have YouTube TV now, just left Dish Network. As of right now I can't watch SEC network plus for some reason. I pay for ESPN plus also. Anyone have this problem? Since I pay for YouTube tv and ESPN plus shouldn't I be able to watch? Never had this problem before. Keeps saying "User not authenticated"

Should work. I would try deleting app and reinstalling and see if that works.

You should be able to see SEC+, yes. I have Hulu TV, pay for ESPN+, I have the ESPN app and I generally cast the game from my phone to the tv. I’m watching the LSU game that way right now.

If it says yer not authorized it could be a sign in password issue. Once you sign in, a menu should pop allowing you to pick YouTube TV as your provider.

I often go to the UT website for baseball, then click on the "to watch" link they give for each individual game I want to watch. I sometimes get the very thing you're getting but defeat it that way.

Sometimes there is a glitch that can’t be fixed on your own.
Call ESPN and sometimes they can reset something.

You can watch through the ESPN app using YouTube TV credentials, is what I'm doing now.

FYI- You do not have to pay extra for ESPN +. I made the mistake during football and subscribed and later found out could just use YouTube TV credentials so canceled my ESPN + subscription.

I have ESPN+ through my Disney bundle. I’m watching the game on my phone but it won’t play on the ESPN app on my TV.

I’m logged in and it shows I’m subscribed but it tells me use not authenticated.

In your ESPN app, log out of the TV provider and then log back in with YouTubeTV as your TV provider. It's probably still trying to log into your Dish account.

I've run into this problem before too. Here's what you need to do when your in the espn+ app:

1. Go to settings (the gear shaped icon)
2. Select TV provider
3. Select continue to sign out of TV provider
4. Then select TV provider again
5. You will get a code to log back in via espn.com/activate
6. Go to your computer and input the code.
7. Select TV provider YoutubeTV
8. Follow though to login via your google password.
9. You will get a message on the computer and TV that you've succeeded in logging back on.

Now you should be able to watch all Vols games that are broadcast on SEC Network + via ESPN +

And now the ESPN app on my Samsung tv won't load, just a blank screen, and if I try to go to settings in the ESPN app it just freezes. I've tried restarting the TV, even unplugging it... Nothing works. Can't delete the app and reinstall it either. I'm getting quite angry.

Does your YouTube have the SEC channel? If it does, there is a way you can get SEC+ on your IPad and IPhone. It is fairly complicated and you have to go through the process every time. You have to download ESPN.com/watch. Then you have to change your TV provider from YouTube to ESPN. Then you have to go to watch and then enter your emai and password. Then you scroll down to the program you want watch on SEC+. And select that program. You have to wait until the broadcast starts before you select the event you want. When it is over, it disconnect SEC+ and you go back to what ever regular program you want on YouTube. There is a way you can’t project SEC+ from your IPad or IPhone if you have a smart TV. It took me over a year before I learned how to do all this crap.
