Question about sickness going around.

Is there anything going around? My parents and sister both have it as well as me. All at the same time.

I was fine all day up until about 9:30 tonight I started feeling "off". Well that progressed quickly into puking probably 4 times and have diarrhea twice. I puked until I dry heaved, which hurt like hell. I can't sleep because every time I lay down it hits me. Sitting up provides a little relief. Hard to sleep that way though.

I also have a temp of 100.2 so not too bad, but definitely a fever. Aches, shakes and occasional chills, and a weakness like just freaking awful. Just soo weak feeling.

Most likely Stomach flu/Gastroenteritis usually caused by some form of norovirus in adults. If you all are living in the same house and you ate the same food it could also be food poisoning.

Upper respiratory infection going around as well. Pretty nasty wet cough comes with it.

I had the stomach flu worse than ever over the weekend. After about twelve hours I was able to keep stuff down, but felt terrible for a couple days

Yeah I have that too. It hit me about noon yesterday, and I feel so much better today.. No more fever/chills/aches.
