I'm not really sure about laws and all that so maybe someone can help me out. Two guns were found inside the car, an open container, and marijuana. So if no one takes the blame for the gun than they all would receive two felony charges for a possession of a gun and a schedule VI charge? Does the NCAA have any rules about this? (meaning if Bruce doesn't do anything, which he should and probably will, does the NCAA take matters into their own hands?)

I think that since the guns were under the seat, they have to be charged to everyone. If it had been found on 2 of the players, I think it would be different.

But I thought if you took the blame then the charges were dropped from the others.

It's up to the law and then after that the school/coach. The NCAA does not get involved in these matters.

Doesn't matter.

If the gun was discovered under the drivers seat, the driver will face the charges -- even if it's his or not. Doesn't matter if no one is talking. In this case, I believe, the rear drivers seat passenger is facing the weapons charge as well because he had access to the gun.

I'm not sure about the NCAA, though.
