Question: DE position starters 2024

With Tyler Baron leaving, I am curious to who will start the DE position that he started ?
We have lot of blue chip names at Leo position (Pearce, Josh Josephs, Bradley, Caleb Herring, new 5* signee) but not many names for the DE spot..
Tyree Weathersbee is a name in that spot ., Nathan Robinson and Trevor Duncan were two signees from 2023 that can play there may be if they develop ..

Could Josh Josephs switch ? Portal guys ?

The LEO can play DE.

Pay attention to the defense and you will see two LEOs out there depending on down and distance,

Would Bailey & West (who are close to 300 lbs) mostly play DE in run stop type stuff ? Baron played at 260 lbs and was more of a pass rusher DE. I guess Weathersby will take that role.

These guys are lining up at SDE on 1st and 10. After that all bets are off. Could be any combination of the Leo guys.

Well we will get a chance in Cheese it Bowl to see Bailey and West since Iowa heavy run team. In certain passing situations we will see both Pearce and Joseph. Before injury staff was very high on Wethersby in fall camp. He will push the veterans for playing time. In CHRIST Alone
