He makes one marginal call into grand theft. How about the wrist grabs they didn't call when Golden was on his drives? I think the first half was pretty even on calls.

I dont usually entry the "ESPN hates us"...and I still dont believe they do...BUT Doug really missed a great opportunity to talk up Stokes....he was doing the number 2 in the nation gig covering the Cats instead of giving "some" credit to the Vols...best three defensive games we played in a while (Florida, Miss. St. and Kentucky) Of course Cats may out 5* us in the second half....and that brings me to this point....how do you have that much talent and not have this game blown away by now...I REALLY DONT UNDERSTAND THAT!!!

Yes, but in fairness, Gottlieb has told his story on the air, made no excuses and apologized. He manned up, so I should let it be. But you can google his name and it should give you the story.

Sorry but that was a charge whether he was moving or not - had Stokes not moved - he still would have ran right over him - he was already in position... that 1 extra inch or two didn't make a difference.

I just posted about him in another thread. Did you hear him crying? My god he was about to shed a tear on the half time report. Its not like Kentucky isn't going to get the calls in the 2nd half anyways they always do.
