Where do we stand in a sense if these 3 players (or 2) get kicked off the team and out of school. They will lose their schollys, does this leave us with 2 more available scholarships.

Nuke and Edwards could easily be replaced with any number of combinations

WR
Marcus Lucas
Kenny Stills
Vincent Sanders
Justin Hunter
Keiwone Malone

DB
John Fulton
Terrance Mitchell
Victor Hampton
Dequan Menzie
Christian Jones
Demar Dorsey

Do we have more schollys available?

It really affects nothing numbers-wise. We were already well under the 85 limit on schollies.

I thought there was a limit instituted by Comm Slime about the number of commitments we can accept but we can back count. So would our EE affect the 2009 number, and would NR and ME being removed from the 2009 schollys would we have more schollys open.

I know we are below the allotment for the entire team, but wondering if we can open up 2 more spots due to these kids being kicked out?

Regardless of what happens with these three idiots, we will be able to sign 30 players. We can sign 2 EE to make up for only signing 23 last year and we can sign 28 for this year (although only 25 can enroll).

I am asking though, does the 2 scholarships getting withdrawn from the ME and NR, effect the newer people getting in as EE. Would we be able to sign 4 EE, if they reflect on the 2009 class?

The answer to that is no. The factor that affects how many you can backcount is the size of the previous class -- "enrolled" not signed. We enrolled 23 last year so 2 of our early enrolles can backcount. You can have as many early enrollees as you can fit between the last class and the current one so that is not affected either.

ill just say ill take lucas, and sanders or stills off that list, they are both pretty much as fast as nuke and bigger, i hope all those phahokee kids are not like nuke, or dumb enough to listen to him if he bad mouths the program, Cause id wouldnt mind dejoshua johnson, or dunkley now. basillio is hardley right on his own but he has smart people around him. he said those type of players are every where and i tend to agree. the kids like prater are the rare finds. that would be a great suprise if he pulls out the UT hat on signing day.
