Samsung Galaxy or IPhone6? Everyone else in the office has apple phones. Personally, I steer away from everything apple. Any thoughts?

I have an s6 and love it. Very convenient to be able to pay everywhere with just my phone

I would go with the Samsung. Once you go Apple you never go back. :)

Seriously though, I love my iPhones. I've had 3s, 4s, 5s and now 2 6's. And I can't speak to the Samsungs, but the resale value on the iPhones has typically been at or near 100% for me.

Samsung pay with our BoA cards. People are still shocked it works

I wish they would hurry and accept Wells Fargo or Visa. I've seen a commercial about getting a free Best Buy gift card when you register your first card or something.

I've seen that too. Doesn't help me since I signed up the first day it was released.

I've been very happy with my Samsung.
I have to use IPad for work, and nothing about Apple has swayed me to switch.

I can't comment on the Galaxy, since the iphones have come out, that's all I've had, and I think they work great.

I'm sure it's really just what you get used too, there is some benefit to using an apple if everyone else you work with has one, especially if you need a charger

OK, I'm thinking Samsung after the input. I love VN. Seriously, there's not much reason to base a decision on what a typical message board says, unless it's VN. :)

iPhone. The 4s was my first iPhone. I then went to the Galaxy S3. I couldn't go back to an iPhone quick enough. Luckily I found someone willing to trade (for an iPhone 5). I now have the 6s Plus.

I got the Samsung Galaxy S6 Active last month and love it. Battery lasts 12 hours of hard use, everything else is flawless and it is water, dust and impact resistant.

That is a needed upgrade. My S5 battery life is horrible.

My last IPHONE was one of the 3 series. On my third android, have zero plans to switch back to apple. Both are good devices, I simply like the android better.

That's a problem that my oldest son is having. His won't keep a charge and he tells me you can't get a new battery for it (?). I am having to buy him an i6, instead. Sorry, but I think a home phone, or cell phone, either one should be a lifetime purchase - I just do. But nowadays, is iphone, android, samsung BUILT to only last three or four years? I would think the answer to that is 'yes.'
