Yes, UT bid on the first 2 rounds as per NCAA rule which allows the school to bid on having games every other year. Now if they win both games at UT they will get to play at UTC before moving on to the Final Four.

UT will probably get to play at UTC. It depends on what region they are put in. If they had lost yesterday they would have been sent out west after the first two rounds.

yes they do. in womens b-ball the money isnt there to move them around like the men.
