I think we win 6 games, but will we still get a bowl? There could be more than 8 SEC teams getting a bowl bid. Is there a limit??

After the Bowl drought we have been in for the last decade (seems like), the Bowl people know that TN fans will be there in droves!

We get 6 wins and we are in!

On the ESPN website, they have us projected to play Marshall in the Liberty Bowl on December 31st.

It is very, very likely that the S.E.C. will have 12 teams that qualify for bowl games. Kentucky & Arkansas will be left out of the bowl games this season.

At this point, 12 S.E.C. teams have winning records. Of course, the teams with records of 4 - 3 will need to win 2 of their last 4 games to qualify, but I see 12 S.E.C. teams getting in.

ESPN projected S.E.C. bowl games:

National Championship: Alabama
Sugar : Auburn
Capital One : South Carolins
Cotton : A & M
Outback : Missouri
Chik-fil-A : LSU
Gator : UGA
Music City : Ole Miss
Liberty : bUTch
Compass : Florida
AdvoCare : Vandy

Mississippi State will likely have a winning record and should be the 12th S.E.C. team to qualify for a bowl game.

MSU is 4-3 and has USCjr, TAMU, bama, Ark and Ole Miss left. They will need a serious upset to get to 6
