Did they leave a donation bucket for the fans to drop a couple of bucks in after they stormed the court to help pay the fine. That is so stupid. SC holds the dubious distinction for the first fine since the SEC instituted that stupid rule after they beat Kentucky last year. I can understand concerns about FG posts coming down on a football field, but basketball courts are made for being stormed by fans.

That's just it. It's impossible to stop a mob of drunken students from storming the court. I think it's only the SEC that has this ridiculous rule about "entering the playing field." Georgetown probably rolled the red carpet out onto the court for their fans yesterday. Our conference needs to revise this policy.
