If you do replace it, get rid of the old one completely. I know what you're thinking: "Hmmmm, I could use that old radiator as a worm for my moonshine still." But that crap'll give you jake leg or something. Don't do it.
Nowadays, vehicles are built to last the length of the payment book. IMO any defective parts should be replaced with a new one, repairing is a short term fix because of the materials used are cheap, reworked parts are only as good as the person who reworked it.
If you pressure test it there is a better than 95% chance it will leak. They are not hard to put in, top, bottom hose, 2 transmission lines if it is a automatic, and probably a reservoir tank line. I have never worked on a Honda. I would replace the upper and lower hoses while you are at it.
Radiators are easy to replace generally. Like others said I would just replace it and the hoses. If you still have an issue with overheating, your thermostat is probably shot.
Be careful when dismantling to capture all the radiator fluid. The stuff tastes sweet and is toxic to dogs.
