Roll Tide!
Posted via VolNation Mobile

Round the bowl and down the hole roll tide roll. Do you have 12? Depends on who you ask. Unfortunately number 13, or whichever will have to wait. Buck Fama. I'll admit I was looking forward to Oregon beating the dog sh*& out of you though. Oh well, the Citrus Bowl is fun, we've been there many times.

Which team ( UA, FL, or ut) will make it back to the NC first?
If Saban stays, Bama, although it's hard to get through the SEC unbeaten or even with 1 loss. '

Florida could be good if they fix their offense next year. You never know what Urban Meyer may or may not do either though.

Tennessee is at least 3 years away from probably contending for a SEC title much less a national.

How bad will it be if ut doesn't win a single sec game? Will the fans be able to handle that?

How bad will it be if Saban gets tired of spending time in Tuscaloosa and leaves?

Hope that doesn't happen. I wasn't trying to start an arguement just wondering how fans would react to this since it is a possibility. Vandy will probably be a win, but ole ms. and kentucky? Talking to friends in tn. and the recruiting is their main concern, they felt this year was over before it started anyway.

You're kidding yourself if you think Saban will spend a career at UA.

No one has said that, but his time at Alabama so far has well been worth it even if he left next year. He would leave it in a much better shape than when he got here, you can't ask much more than that.

Could happen, but I think he got that NFL desire over with, it would suck if he left, but you never know what a person may consider as their "dream job":)

On a serious note, as competitive as Saban is, he will give the NFL another try sooner rather than later.

I thought that too for a while, and he may , but his personality and nfl don't go together. Saban has connections with dallas (mcelroy's dad) but i don't see him working for jones, saban has complete control of everything at ua and that would not happen at dallas.

Jones is going to have to give up some control if he wants a decent coach (whoever that is). The pressure to do that will be pretty high given the current situation.

Agreed. I'd take that in a heartbeat.

I don't think he's leaving, by the way. I don't think he loves Tuscaloosa, and if I had to guess, I'd say he probably wishes he never left LSU. I just think he realized the NFL wasn't for him (either not enough control, not enough confidence in his ability to win in the NFL, or some of both) and I don't see him trying again. I can't see someone leaving a job in Miami for a job in Tuscaloosa if they don't have a really strong preference for the new job.

After what has gone on here over the last few years, we are trained to handle anything. Two most used methods are over confidence and complete and total meltdown. Don't worry about us, we got this.

I know what you mean, I have seen the highs and the lows, the highs are much better, you just have to keep saying it will get better.
